About Katie

Hi, my name is Katie, the founder of SustainAbility Co. and sustainability expert. I’ve been working in sustainability and international development for over a decade and have had the opportunity to work with charities, Fortune 500 companies and government on a number of social impact projects. As the Senior Social Impact Manager at Shopify, I built the company’s social enterprise portfolio from the ground up; developing education resources, platform support and entrepreneurship programs. I had the chance to work one on one with many SMBs to help them with their sustainability strategy, impact marketing and storytelling online. Now I lead a Sustainability practice for a national marketing firm, helping multinational companies build programs and campaigns with environment and social action at the heart. These experiences have provided me and SustainAbility Co. with the foundations to help small and large companies with their sustainability initiatives, covering all strategy and operations that build your brand and loyal customer base.
